
Channel Management Lead

Position Summary
The Channel Lead will drive the expansion and performance of the companys channel partner network to boost residential and small C&I solar sales across India. This role includes partner acquisition, performance management, training, and ensuring seamless customer experiences while aligning with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to grow channel presence in target markets.
- Partner Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, EPCs, and installers.
- Sales Enablement: Set sales targets, monitor performance, and support partners to meet goals.
- Training & Support: Deliver training on products, sales, installation, and service.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong partner relationships and ensure long-term collaboration.
- Market Insights: Track market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
- Marketing Support: Work with marketing to provide branding and lead-gen tools.
- Compliance: Ensure partners meet quality, regulatory, and company standards.
- Reporting:Analyze channel data and report KPIs to leadership.
- Customer Experience: Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction through partner engagement.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years in channel sales or partner management, ideally in solar/renewables
- Proven success managing dealer networks, especially in residential/small C&I sectors
- Engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical) preferred; MBA is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Market analysis and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of solar systems and Indian regulatory landscape is an advantage
- Fluent in English & Hindi; regional languages preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively
