Onboarding of employees, completely taking care of their joining formalities & Induction, sending out the welcomemail. Issue ESI and Mediclaim cards to eligible employees Maintaining harmonious relationship with the employees and solving their queries. Conducting and coordinating for the “Employee Of the Month” programme. Documentation and Personal FileManagement. Co-ordination on floor weekly recreationalactivities. Sending Warning / show-cause notice / Abscondingemployees. Generating database through referrals, websites and regular follow-ups. Recruitment at low cost through Job Portals, Social Websites, Manpower Consultancy (Vendors). Screening and shortlisting of resumes pertaining to the requirements of the organization Responsible for taking candidate’s initial rounds of interviews, follow up for interview rounds & conduct otherSelection rounds. Salary negotiations resulting in acceptance of the offer and candidate joining Ensure good numbers of referrals are generated through the employee referral scheme. Systematic approach in Recruitment, Selection andRetention Discussing the feedback on applications received with management & Interviewing shortlisted candidates,Scheduling their next round of interview. Man Power Consultants Follow Ups. Update database regularly for New Joiners, Resigned, Abscond and Terminated employees.
