The client is in the Healthcare/Hospital sector and is looking to hire a Sr. Executive- HR Operations for their team at Clayworks Create, Bannerghatta Rd.
The client is seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Executive- HR Operations to join their team. This
role is critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR department, as you will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee records, utilising HRMS tools, and supporting various HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Data Management:
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRMS system.
● Ensure the completeness and correctness of employee data, including personal information, employment history, and benefits.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding:
● Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and entry into HRMS.
● Support the offboarding process by updating records and handling necessary documentation.
3. Employee File Management:
● Organise, maintain, and secure physical and digital employee files and documents.
● Ensure compliance with data privacy and retention policies.
4. HRMS Utilisation:
● Be proficient in using HRMS tools to perform various HR tasks, including data entry, reporting, and extracting relevant information.
● Provide training and support to other HR team members on HRMS usage.
5. Reporting:
● Generate standard and ad-hoc reports from HRMS as requested by HR management.
● Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
6. Compliance and Records Maintenance:
● Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to HR data and record-keeping.
● Maintain records for audits and reporting requirements.
7. Employee Inquiries:
● Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR data and records, ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
8. Process Improvement:
● Continuously identify opportunities to streamline HR operations processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
● 1+ years of experience in HR operations and HRMS tools usage.
● Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
● Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
● Excellent data management and record-keeping abilities.
● Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office applications.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
● Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
● Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement
