RoleOverview:

As the Manager/Senior ManagerHR Operations and Payroll you will play a pivotal role in managingand optimizing our HR processes and payroll functions. You will beresponsible for ensuring smooth and efficient HR operationscompliance with statutory regulations and delivering exceptionalpayroll services. This role requires a strategic mindset strongleadership skills and a handson approach to drive HR excellencewithin the organization.

KeyResponsibilities:

Oversee endtoend HRoperations including but not limited to employee onboarding offboarding attendance management leave administration and employeedata management.

Develop implement and streamlineHR policies processes and systems to enhance operational efficiencyand employee experience.

Ensure compliance withlabor laws statutory regulations and company policies related to HRoperations and payroll.

Manage and executepayroll processing accurately and on time including salarycalculations deductions reimbursements and statutorycompliance.

Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to address employee queries resolve issues and provide timelysupport on HRrelated matters.

Lead and mentor theHR operations team fostering a culture of continuous learninggrowth and collaboration.

Analyze HR and payrolldata to generate insights trends and metrics for informeddecisionmaking and process improvements.

Stayupdated on industry trends best practices and regulatory changes inHR operations and payrollmanagement.

Qualifications andExperience:

Bachelors degree in HumanResources Business Administration or related field. Masters degreeor professional certification in HR is aplus.

Minimum 7 years of experience in HRoperations and payroll management preferably in a startup orfastpaced environment.

Proven track record ofleading HR operations and payroll functions effectively with strongattention to detail and accuracy.

Sound knowledgeof labor laws payroll regulations and compliance requirements inIndia.

Proficiency in HRIS payroll software andMS Office suite. Experience with HRMS implementation isdesirable.

Excellent communication skills bothverbal and written with the ability to interact confidently withstakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with a datadriven approach todecisionmaking.

Demonstrated leadership abilitiesincluding team management coaching and conflictresolution.
