About the role:
Manage and curate a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) database, identifying and selecting the most effective content for inclusion, ensuring a repository of approved responses to commonly asked questions. Take ownership of the RFP database, maintaining its accuracy, relevance, and completeness through regular updates and revisions. Collaborate with teams across global regions to gather, assess, and integrate new content into the database, aligning with organizational standards and best practices. Act as a central point of contact for accessing RFP content, providing support and guidance to Sales and other relevant stakeholders to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness in proposal preparation. Leverage existing information to develop Trellix customer-specific material for a global customer base. Ability to understand, based on persona, the type of message required to deliver the Trellix message to customers throughout the sales cycle. Respond to questions from stakeholders on the next steps and ensure the team provides exceptional service, even if the request seems out of scope. Develop seamless integration among internal platforms for sharing information.About You:
Over all 2+ years of experience in a content management. Meticulously review and edit English-language documents to ensure clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax, maintaining consistency in style and formatting throughout the document. Experience in working in a matrixed, dynamic organization requiring working across multiple time zones. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Work as a self-starter who requires minimal guidance and meets agreed-upon timelines.
