Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue objectives.
  • Explore and capture new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Nurture long-term partnerships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Resolve escalated client concerns while ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts, performance reviews, and actionable insights.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business goals.
  • Oversee regional sales budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource utilization.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market development, and business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • High level of accountability, target-driven, and results-focused.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in English, MS Office, and regional language(s) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
