Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Guwahati. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the designated region, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and driving business growth within the region.

  • Market Analysis, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Development skills
  • Budget Management, Reporting, and Performance Evaluation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the Consumer Goods industry is an advantage
