About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to oversee sales operations across the Northeast region. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong distributor & channel networks, and leading a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Identify growth opportunities and strengthen distribution channels across the region.
- Build strong relationships with trade partners, stockists, distributors, and key customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, reporting systems, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Pharma, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in Pharma with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the Northeast market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
