Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Business Manager located in Guwahati. The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing regional sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role includes leading and mentoring the sales team, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing sales teams
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • 6 months of Experience in the same role or 3 years of experience as ABM.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
