Job responsibilities:

Closely monitor operational and business performanceConduct daily orientations, inspections, audits, and checksPlan and execute overall budgeting of the hotel/hostel within the company-approved monthly/quarterly budgetsConduct regular meetings and training sessions with his/her team for regular up-skilling, training and smooth functioning; also work on mechanisms to increase team’s productivity and motivationConduct financial audits and ensure timely reporting of financial statementsMaintain the hotel/hostel’s property infrastructure to the highest standards (Civil, Furniture/Furnishing, Equipment/HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)Ensure repair & maintenance works with the company’s prescribed TATs & budgetsEnsure 100% compliance to hotel/hostel’s operating SOPs, policies & procedures and service standardsEnsure spotless delivery of the hostel’s services: bed, F&B and non-bed activitiesEnsure highest safety standards by regularly auditing for hazards, health & cleanlinessAct as final “go to man or decision maker” in guest escalation-related mattersAct as final “go to man or liaison” with the company’s head officeAct as final “go to man or liaison” with the various local departments such as municipality, pollution boards, tourism, police, etc.Ensure all 5 senses for a top notch (vision, hearing, touch, smell, and taste) experience are maintained at all times

Requirements and skills:

Educational background: Hospitality graduate or Diploma in hospitalityExtensive operational knowledge of hotel operationsOutstanding communication, interpersonal & time-management skillsLocation flexible (PAN India)Work exp: 0-5 years of experience
