Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring seamless front desk operations, and leading a team of front office associates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate front office operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.

* Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of front office associates, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.

* Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

* Analyze and evaluate front office performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and guest-focused service.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in front office management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.

* Proven track record of success in leading front office teams, with a focus on customer service, employee development, and operational excellence.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including guests, staff, and management.

Working Conditions:

* This is a full-time position, with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week.

* The position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
