Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, and other related areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the Front Office team to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Manage front office operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest services.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to train and develop team members.
