Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Executive to join our team at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and teamwork.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel reservation systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Responsible for the registration of guests, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys/cards.
  • Ensure all guest accounts are created and maintained accurately.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist in the training and development of new front office staff as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the hotel and guests.
