Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage Front Office staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze Front Office performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with AccorHotel's policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office management role.
  • Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of AccorHotel's policies and procedures.
