Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the company's offerings.
- Assist in preparing and delivering compelling proposals, including solution design, pricing, and value propositions.
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on how the company's products/services can address those needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services, keeping up-to-date with new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful customer onboarding and implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, addressing any technical inquiries or challenges.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to provide valuable insights to customers and internal teams.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in pre-sales activities, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Technical proficiency to understand and explain product features and benefits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage documentation, proposals, and customer interactions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing customer requirements and evolving market dynamics
