Group HR and Administrative Senior Manager

- Collaborate with the Group CEO and the other members of leadership team to lead an organization transition.
- Become a trusted business partner by redesigning the engagement model between HR and the business divisions.
- Create a new model support between business division heads and administrative team.
- Establish, manage and direct the administrative and human resources teams.
- Work with business divisions to craft engaging job descriptions and oversee the entire talent acquisition process.
- Supervise payroll administration processes, ensuring adherence to internal and statutory standards.
- Establish and maintain HR procedures and information systems to facilitate efficient operations.
- Offer advice to business leaders and managers regarding HR best practices and legal obligations.
- Provide specialized support to managers on employee relations, emphasizing regulatory and legal considerations.
- Ensure the administrative team is appropriately sized to support the entire organization effectively.
- Collaborate in developing the performance management process, including goal setting, gathering feedback, and substantiating compensation and promotion choices.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
- Acts as a solid team player, boasting over 10 years of HR experience under Malaysia's employment laws and regulations, including 4 years in a managerial role.
- Possesses a curious and collaborative mindset, prioritizing understanding before partnering with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Demonstrates extensive experience in interpersonal relationships and conflict resolution.
- Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capability to combine data and observations into actionable strategies.
- Embraces a 'player-coach' mentality, adept at both executing tasks and nurturing future leaders.
