Role Description

This is a full-time role for an ASM - Modern Trade & Enterprise Channel, based on-site in Kolkata. The individual will be responsible for overseeing modern trade and enterprise channel sales, managing relationships with key accounts, and developing strategies to increase market share. Day-to-day tasks include tracking sales performance, coordinating with the marketing team, handling negotiations, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Channel Sales, and Key Account Management
  • Skills in Negotiation, Strategy Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Sales Performance Tracking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
