POWERMASTER serves various industrial sectors including Oil & Gas, Wind, Power, Automobile Manufacturing & Assembly, Railways, Construction, Heavy Engineering, Steel, Mining, Shipping, and more.
Senior Manager, Business Development:
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas, Power, Automotive, Heavy Engineering industries and Chemicals sector, including expertise in refineries and gas plant chemical treatments.
- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or related field.
- Proven track record in sales and business management within the oilfield services and maintenance domain.
- Deep understanding of oilfield chemicals, related products, and market dynamics.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly valued.
- Proactive attitude, decisive decision-making skills, and a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent communication skills and intercultural understanding.
Roles:
- Implement, Cultivate, build, and maintain strong customer relationships, overseeing chemical accounts for clients.
- Stay abreast of market trends and company marketing strategies, collaborating with Business Development and Account Teams to identify growth opportunities and maximize revenue.
- Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met in assigned accounts, contributing to the development and execution of sales plans for potential customers.
- Actively engage in ongoing professional and technical development related to oi land gas processes and applications through continuous education and participation in industry associations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Management.
- Sustain existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain profitable relationships with both current and prospective clients.
- Lead commercial tender activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Effectively communicate a comprehensive understanding of downstream-related business to customer management at all levels.
- Participate in business reviews and pricing negotiations, articulating value in clear, customer-accepted financial terms.
- Collaborate with country, region, and corporate accounts management to effectively target and capture competitive opportunities using the Business Acquisition Process.
