Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Negotiate and finalize contracts with potential clients and ensure successful implementation of service delivery. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business. Enter client details and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Monitor and track sales activities and maintain regular reporting to management. Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as needed. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients. Provide feedback to management on industry trends and customer needs to drive innovation and service improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.Note : Expertise in handling a C-Suite executive, CEO, CHRO & MD is required. Responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience. Experience in an Executive search / Recruitment firm would be preferred.
