Business Development & Sales Manager
Build new business opportunities by identifying prospects.
Maintaining relationships with clients (Architects, Interior Designers, & Large strategic Clients) by providing support, information, and guidance.
Preparing & sending commercial proposals to clients.
Grow revenue from existing clients.
Work with the backend team to ensure delivery commitment.
Building healthy funnels /pipeline for incremental business from new existing clients.
"Bachelor's Degree in any stream " , MBA would be preferred
Minimum 3 to 6 years of sales experience in relevant industry ( pitching to Architects, Interior design firms ).
Excellent Customer service & sales skill.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft(Excel, Powerpoint), CRM & sales software.
Negotiation & problem- solving skill.
Prior experience in sales & business development working with Architects, Interior Design.
Candidate from Paint/Coating/Luxury/Lighting, Luxury Furniture etc would be preferred.
Should have their own conveyance.
