Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our International Voice and Non-Voice Process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and, for non-voice roles, prior experience in chat support.

Key Responsibilities:

For Voice Process:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.

For Non-Voice Process (Chat/Email):

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in written communication.
  • Document all interactions appropriately in CRM tools.

Requirements:

For Both Processes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational offs.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Additional for Non-Voice:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international chat/email support is mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
