responsibilities:
We are looking for a lively customer service executive with an organised, thorough and can-do approach to various tasks related to e-commerce. Must have good communication skills and a knack for talking. Working under the e-commerce manage, the executive will provide assistance where needed and ensure customers have a positive experience with akiiko.
Maintenance of all sales touch points - websites, online marketplaces, and aggregators.
Enhance the overall customer experience over chat, call, etc.
Oversee and manage communication with customers through Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Optimise end-to-end e-commerce journey for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including fulfillment, despatch, and marketing departments.
Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas of improvement
qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fields (not a must)
Strong communication, collaboration & organisational skills
Having an experience of 3+ years in any fashion, lifestyle brands
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Must be able to communicate clearly in Hindi & English
