Job Summary:


The PMS AIF Client Servicing Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships in the context of portfolio management services, with a focus on alternative investment funds. They act as a bridge between clients and the investment management team, ensuring client satisfaction and assisting with the overall investment experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients invested in PMS and AIF products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Understand client objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

Portfolio Reporting and Communication:

  • Provide regular performance updates, portfolio summaries, and reports to clients.
  • Explain investment strategies, performance, and market dynamics in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Address client queries related to portfolio performance and strategy.

Customized Solutions:

  • Work closely with clients to tailor portfolio management strategies to their specific needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to implement and adjust investment strategies as per client requirements.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met in client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.

New Client Onboarding:

  • Assist in onboarding new clients by explaining the investment process and documentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams & external partners to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.

Query Resolution:

  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.
