We are looking for a _**Client Servicing & Business Development Executive **_who can generate leads, interact with our existing clients and provide them with information to address their requirements regarding our services meeting their time frame.
- **What to expect from the role?**_
- Hands-on experience with support and guidance to potential customers.
- Opportunity to practice and _**perfect client service, marketing, and effective communication.**_
- Working as a medium between the client and the team with the guidance of professionals and seniors with many years of experience.
- Exposure to the field of customer service and all its facets.
- **Requirements**:_
- 7 years of overall experience with 2 years of expertise in the field of _**Media**_ or any _**Entertainment**_.
- Strong communication skills accompanied with _**excellent listening skills**_ and patience to have smooth interactions with clients either on call or in person.
- Proven experience of having generated a number of leads in previously worked organizations.
- Thorough knowledge of the service being exhibited.
- Excellent _**presentation skills**_ and strong knowledge using _**Microsoft Power point**_.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are a must.
- Market knowledge is essential and must be updated on current affairs and trends.
- Exceptional personality for better coordination and understanding with the other team members.
- Master degree.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai - 600035, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
