Job Details

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Crypto Customer Success Specialist, focusing on delivering top-notch, hands-on support for our customers' transactions with fiat and cryptocurrencies. This role is all about being on the front lines, ensuring every transaction not only complies with regulations but also exceeds customer expectations. With your deep understanding of fintech or crypto exchange operations, you will directly enhance user satisfaction and streamline our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage internal and external inquiries on fiat and crypto transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. Optimize operations by balancing quick response times with accurate, solution-focused outcomes. Develop and update FAQs to distill product information and customer journey insights, facilitating self-service among users.  Utilize monitoring tools to track exchange liquidity, setting alerts for significant changes and informing relevant stakeholders promptly.  Work closely with product teams, offering refined customer feedback to inform future product improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably crypto related Strong knowledge of crypto ecosystems, platforms, transactions, and technologies Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and concisely. High attention-to-detail, ability to work independently. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.


Working days/hours:  Monday to Friday; Fully working from the office - Indiqube Alpine (Transit) 7th Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Guindy Area - adjacent to Ekattuthangal Metro Station.
