Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our Chennai team. This on-site role involves providing top-notch customer support by resolving technical issues and helping customers optimize their use of our platform. If you are a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong problem-solving skills, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls and chats, providing friendly and helpful support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using basic log-checking skills.
- Use creative problem-solving to find innovative solutions for customer challenges.
- Stay informed about Klenty’s product features, updates, and common issues.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve support processes.
- Work in rotational shifts to support customers during peak hours.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting techniques and technical issue resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product information.
- Team player with a willingness to collaborate and support peers.
- Prior customer support experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

- Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required.
