ReLiva Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy specialist with a wide network of Physiotherapy clinics, outsourced physiotherapy for hospitals and home visits.
The role and responsibilities will be:
1.Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about the service as required by the customer
2.Resolving phone customer inquiries.
3.Follow up customers and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended to accordingly.
4.Processing and logging incoming calls into the CRM system.
5.Identifying customer needs.
6.Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
7.Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
8.Providing outstanding customer service.
9.Updating customer information as required.
10.Maintaining confidentiality of information.
11.Performing other duties as the need arises.
12.Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
