**Problem-Solving**:

- Focus on finding solutions to customer problems.
- If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, communicate the steps being taken to address it.

**Monitoring and Analytics**:

- Use analytics tools to track support performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies based on the data.

**Patience and Empathy**:

- Patience is key, especially when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
- Show empathy by understanding and acknowledging their concerns.

**Salary**: ₹11,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
