With a foundationin luxury lifestyle management, Lefoyer Realty is redefining real estate services to deliver excellence atevery touchpoint.Job Description: Senior Ex./ AM – Sales & Client Acquisition• Manage and grow the client base, with a primary focus on high-value individual clients.• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, client servicing, negotiations, andclosures.• Curate and maintain a segmented client database through referrals, networks, and externalplatforms.• Conduct targeted outreach (calls, emails, events, social channels) to build a strong pipeline.• Act as the first point of contact for prospects, delivering luxury-standard engagement.• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, leadership) to ensure seamlessonboarding and service delivery.• Build and sustain long-term relationships with developers, partners, and external stakeholders.• Track sales data, pipeline status, and market trends, and share insights for business growth.Required Qualifications:• 3–6 years of experience in Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Business Development (preferably inReal Estate, Luxury Sales, or Hospitality).• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong executive presence.• Demonstrated success in data-driven outreach and lead nurturing.• Comfortable handling leads from both internal sources and cold databases.• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets within timelinesLocation: Pune
