Market share in both target segments: Corporate & Individuals.

You will create and manage marketing plans, team activities, budgets and partnerships to achieve these goals.
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with NIIT’s business goals and targets
Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that build brand equity
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Delivery, Technology) to ensure brand alignment across all company initiatives
Oversee the budgeting & manage marketing budgets effectively
Lead & manage the digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Influencer, content marketing)
Oversee the marketing performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies and leverage them to enhance brand strategy.
Candidate Profile:
At least 15 years of experience in top tier companies
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or similar; MBA from a Premier College preferred
Strong background in brand marketing, deep understanding of consumer behavior, marketing principles, and branding best practices.
Able to think full stack marketing and use social and digital channels effectively
Proven track record of being a high performer in the last few years in the organization.
Proven track record of a growth mindset and ability to help scale business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex brand strategies to diverse audiences
Experience with brand identity design and brand storytelling
Passion for Talent development industry and a strong desire to build a lasting brand legacy
