Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand and Marketing head at SAKU located in Gurugram.
This is a high impact, result oriented position for highly ambitious, high achiever banding and marketing ninjas having broad experience of digital, social and offline

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy development - Positioning of the brand as per the identified target audience
- Budget and ROI optimisation - plan budget, constantly evaluate in-source vs outsource, maximise ROI
- Brand Communication - Custodian for consistency in brand communication across all channels and mediums
- Plan, execute and optimise marketing and advertisement campaigns - all digital (website content, Meta & google ads, emailers / newsletters etc.), all content, all social channels, and all offline (ATL and BTL)
- Product shoots - Execute on the best fashion product shoots. Period
- Social media strategy execution - Own social media strategy, calendar, and ensure execution from the team to deliver on agreed goals and outcomes
- Best experience centres - Develop and continuously improve visual look, brand identity, visual merchandise and the experience of customers at the experience centre(s)
- PR and strategic partnerships - build, maintain and leverage key PR channels, media, influencers, strategic partnerships to promote brand, both digital as well as offline experience centres
- Product development - Collaborate with product team in new product development aligning with brand's positioning and customer expectations (including but not limited to product design, packaging, pricing etc.)
- Performance monitoring - track, analyse KPIs (brand awareness, engagement, loyalty etc.) and take corrective actions
- Market analysis - market trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activity
