Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Regional Head – Influencer Marketing (Enterprise Sales)

to lead our influencer marketing sales efforts within (Specify Region). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, with a deep understanding of the influencer marketing industry and the ability to forge strategic partnerships with top-tier brands. The Regional Head will drive business growth through direct client acquisition, long-term relationship building, and leadership of a regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Sales Leadership:Lead the enterprise sales efforts for influencer marketing campaigns in the specified region, focusing on identifying and securing partnerships with large-scale clients.Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.Collaborate with national sales leadership to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.Client Relationship Management:Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large brands, agencies, and partners.Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, understanding their needs and tailoring influencer marketing solutions to achieve their objectives.Continuously develop a pipeline of new business opportunities, actively managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team, ensuring they have the resources and guidance to perform at their best.Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success.Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture, driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets.Market Analysis & Strategy:Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments within the region.Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies, products, and offerings based on market feedback.Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of influencer marketing campaigns for clients.Reporting & Analytics:Monitor and analyze sales metrics, performance data, and key trends within the region, reporting regularly to senior management.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of 7+ years in enterprise sales, with a strong focus on influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media sales.Experience leading and managing regional sales teams, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including platforms, trends, and key players.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and build lasting relationships.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
