Job Overview:RPATech is seeking a seasoned
Sales Head
with 15+ years of experience to lead our sales efforts in the fast-growing domains of
AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) , and
intelligent automation solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
IT services
sales, proven success in driving
large deal closures , and
industry connections
to leverage partnerships. This role includes
full revenue ownership ,
sales strategy development , and requires a strong understanding of
pricing strategies
for enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:1.
Sales Leadership & Strategy:Develop & Execute Sales Strategy : Craft and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with RPATech’s business objectives, ensuring aggressive growth in AI-powered automation and RPA markets.Revenue Ownership : Take full ownership of sales targets and revenue growth across enterprise markets. Manage the
entire sales cycle
from lead generation to deal closure.Sales Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.2.
Market Expansion & Business Development:New Market Penetration : Lead efforts to expand into new industries and regions, leveraging
market research
and
competitive analysis .Cross-Sell & Upsell : Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell within existing accounts, ensuring that RPATech remains the preferred partner for AI and automation solutions.3.
Large Deal Magnet:Enterprise Sales : Focus on
large enterprise deal
acquisition, selling complex automation solutions to
C-level executives . Must have a track record of closing
high-value deals .Relationship Building : Leverage your
extensive network
of industry contacts to create new opportunities. Build and maintain deep relationships with
key decision-makers
across industries like
manufacturing, finance, healthcare, and retail .4.
Partnership & Alliance Management:Strategic Partnerships : Develop and manage strategic relationships with
technology partners
(e.g.,
UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft ). Foster partnerships that drive co-selling and joint go-to-market strategies.Ecosystem Engagement : Engage with industry forums, conferences, and technology partners to
expand RPATech’s market presence .5.
Pricing and Solution Expertise:Pricing Strategy : Develop competitive pricing models that maximize profit margins while ensuring value delivery to clients. Experience in managing complex pricing negotiations is essential.Consultative Selling : Use a consultative approach to help clients solve their business challenges through RPATech’s automation solutions, ensuring alignment between
technical capabilities
and
client needs .Proposal Development : Oversee the development of compelling proposals,
RFIs , and
RFPs
to present tailored automation solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Qualifications:1. Experience:15+ years
of experience in
IT services sales , with at least
5 years in leadership roles
driving revenue for large enterprise accounts.Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in
closing large enterprise deals
with C-level executives.Industry Network : Well-connected within the
automation, IT services . Strong personal and professional network in
manufacturing, finance, healthcare, and BFSI
sectors.2. Sales & Business Acumen:Strategic Thinking : Strong capability to develop, implement, and lead
sales strategies
that drive
long-term revenue growth .Revenue Ownership : Direct responsibility for hitting and exceeding sales targets, with experience managing sales of high growth companies.Pricing Expert : Experience in
solution pricing
and
complex contract negotiations , with a solid understanding of
profit margins
and
pricing models
in enterprise deals.3. Partnerships & Alliances:Technology Alliances : Experience managing strategic partnerships with global technology platforms such as
UiPath, Microsoft, Automation Anywhere , and others. Experience co-selling and managing joint solution engagements with technology partners.4. Communication & Leadership:Team Leadership : Proven ability to lead and mentor sales teams, with a focus on developing talent and achieving team-wide targets.Executive-Level Engagement : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of selling to
C-level executives
and managing
high-stakes negotiations .
