Monitor TOF, MOF, BOF● Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities andanticipate industry trends.● Establish and lead a high-performing Performance marketing, email marketing, SEO teams.

● Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the sales team.● Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROIand effectiveness.● Utilize deep expertise in digital marketing to enhance campaign performance and drivecustomer acquisition.● Utilize sales analytics and KPIs to measure performance, identify areas for improvement,and drive continuous optimization.● Create accurate sales forecasts and set performance targets, ensuring alignment with overallbusiness objectives.● Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.● Oversee a portfolio with at least $5 million USD in annual revenue, ensuring profitability andgrowth.
