We are hiring for the position of Sales Specialist – Alternate Channels & Alliances Head. The candidate should have relevant experience in setting up alternate sales channels and developing successful alliances for an organization, building the desired partnerships, creating digital channels, and developing customer acquisition strategies for Eastman products. The right incumbent must have a proven track record and experience in setting up digital sales channels and operations.
We are looking for someone, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in digital channel management, alternate sales channel development, and driving sales through digital channels.
The position is going to be based out of our corporate headquarters in Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive alternate channel strategy for Product sales: This includes identifying and prioritizing key digital channels, setting targets for customer acquisition and engagement, and establishing a roadmap for achieving these objectives.
Ideation for Growth: The Alternate Channels & Alliances head shall identify opportunities and develop strategies to reach consumers in newer, more innovative ways giving Eastman a decisive edge over its peers.
Lead cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including marketing, sales, customer service, and IT, to set up, test, incubate, and scale ideas for growth utilizing an e-commerce platform.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices: The individual in this role must continuously monitor the ever-changing business landscape, staying informed about emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to enhance the customer experience and drive business results.
Manage partner relationships: Will be responsible for selecting and managing relationships with potential partners. This includes negotiating contracts, setting expectations, and ensuring the quality and performance of the services provided.
Drive innovation and experimentation: This role requires a continuous drive for innovation and experimentation to stay ahead of the competition and deliver compelling customer experiences across alternate channels.
Experience & Skills:
A Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, in developing and managing alternate sales channels, channel management, business development, or a related role within the industry.
A proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital platforms and alternate channel strategies for product sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
An MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute will be preferred.
