Key Result Areas:
- Achieving sales targets for the firm's PMS& AIF Products in B2b channels across Wealth, PCG, Bank and IFA Channels
- Empaneling Regional Distributors, RIAs and IFAs in mapped geography
- Ability to understand the company's Investment approach and product suite and communicate effectively with RM's/ TL across various distribution channels
- Ability to organize and address team huddles and client events across channels for driving sales
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Channel partners by providing them exceptional sales support individualized customer service.
- Working on the long term & short-term business directions to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives.
- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales and marketing strategies.
- Continuously work towards brand building
Experience and Behavioral Competencies required:
- 10-15 years in the asset management industry, selling PMS/AIF/Alternate products
- Strong knowledge of market participants and existing relationships with RMs of channel partners/distributors especially from PCG, private wealth, private bank, large RIAs and MFDs
- High achievement orientation towards the business targets and goals set
- Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong Communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills
- Keenness to take on new challenges
Scholastics Required:
- Post-Graduation From a reputed College / Result Areas:
