**Job Summary**:
As a Channel Partner Networking Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key channel partners and financial institutions. Your expertise in networking and your ability to forge strong relationships will be essential in driving growth and expanding our business. You will be at the forefront of building a network of partners to drive adoption and success of our product “haeywa”
**Experience**: 2 years and above
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Identify and Recruit Partners**: Identify and recruit channel partners, including financial institutions, technology providers, and other strategic partners to expand haeywa’s network.
**Sales and Revenue Growth**:
Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.Meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging partner networks and channels.
**Build and Maintain Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, working closely with them to achieve mutual business objectives.
**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner integration, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
**Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the fintech and financial services industry.
**Performance Metrics**: Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of partner relationships and make data-driven decisions.
**Negotiation and Contract Management**: Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms, ensuring they align with the company's objectives.
**Qualifications**:
MBA in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in channel partner management or business development within the fintech industry.
Strong network of contacts and relationships within the financial sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven and data-oriented approach.
Knowledge of fintech products and services.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹58,555.65 per month
