As they expand their footprint in this dynamic industry, we are looking for an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join this team and play a key role in driving the growth of our Channel Partner network.

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Acquisition & Business Development
Hunt & Build : Establish a powerful network of Channel Partners and Aggregators in the rapidly growing CPaa S industry.
Onboard Partners : Strategically onboard Channel Partners and Aggregators, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in the CPaa S space.
Negotiate Big Deals : Drive high-value, high-volume deal negotiations with Channel Partners to deliver exceptional pricing, terms, and business outcomes.
Relationship Management
Cultivate Strong Relationships : Develop and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with existing Channel Partners to ensure satisfaction and maximize retention.
Feedback & Growth : Proactively gather feedback from partners, identify areas for improvement, and create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across your portfolio.
Sales Enablement : Support your partners by providing them with the tools and resources needed to acquire new customers, ensuring they exceed targets.
Sales Administration & Reporting
Track & Report : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, tracking progress and sales activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Sales Forecasting : Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into business performance and growth projections.
Revenue Growth : Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining healthy profit margins and driving sustained growth within the Channel business.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Success in Sales : A successful track record in sales, ideally within the CPaa S or Saa S verticals.
Channel Partner Ecosystem Expertise : Hands-on experience in managing and growing Channel Partner relationships.
Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills : You are a natural communicator with the ability to negotiate large-scale deals and build strong partnerships.
Business Acumen : You understand the sales process inside-out and have the business sense to drive profitable outcomes.
Self-Starter : Highly motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time well in a fast-paced environment.
Resilient & Persistent : You're not afraid to face challenges head-on, and you persistently drive toward achieving your targets and objectives.
Educational Qualification : A degree in Business Administration , MBA , or related field.
