Channel Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting Global and Regional Channel Sales and Operational leadership in driving seamless Channel operations. Work with cross functional teams and execute channel support activities along with process improvement. Ability to apply analytical, statistics and problem solving skills. Experienced in working across different time zones.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with sales team to set up partner accounts in the system and provision them with Arcserve portals.
• Support sales teams to resolve various issues from partners across different domains.
• Provide timely support to sales teams for better customer experience.
• Coordinate account set up execution with Channel Management and Field Sales.
• Engage Legal, Finance, Operations for creation and maintenance of partner documents.
• Track partner progress in company systems / tools and escalate as necessary to leadership
• Manage partner lead management and deal registration process and interactions across departments as needed.
• Coordinate partner support for contract, opportunity tracking, system access and other activity
• Ensure timely and accurate communication internally and to partners on pertinent topics
• Provide support to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts on current and upcoming training needs, to effectively adapt training materials for unique use cases.
• Work on process optimization to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Build reference documents and training materials for sales teams and partners.
• Prepare quarterly and monthly reports to track and analyze partner issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Job Qualifications:
• Understanding of business and sales processing tools, systems and best practices.
• Knowledge of end-to-end product life cycle.
• Innate comfort with driving objectives while cultivating partner relationships.
• Understanding of invoices and billing related stuff.
• 4+ years of experience in a partner/alliance/channel role, preferably in enterprise software industry
• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, channel program management role.
• Knowledge of sales processes.
• Good Communication skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• An ability to understand the big picture business requirements and distill it down to tactical, manageable actions to solve problems for the business.
• Experience in handling partner communications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce tool
• Strong understanding of sales process and organizational best practices.
• Location: Office is in Gurgaon. Hybrid model, 3 days in office
• Flexibility to work Amer timezone.
