Core Responsibilities:
As the Head of Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping Rofoso’s brand presence and ensuring alignment with our core values of Trust, Reliability, and Ownership. Your key responsibilities will include:

Brand Strategy and Positioning:
Build and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to establish Rofoso as India’s leading overstock marketplace.
Ensure that every marketing campaign embodies Rofoso’s core values of trust, reliability, and ownership.
Take full ownership of the brand’s tone, voice, and image across all platforms.

Digital Marketing and Campaign Management:
Develop and lead omnichannel marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Take ownership of performance marketing, ensuring campaigns consistently deliver on KPIs and ROI.

Customer Engagement and Community Building:
Build trust and loyalty by fostering strong customer relationships through targeted engagement strategies.
Create and manage Rofoso’s online community, ensuring transparent communication and fostering customer feedback.
Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and customer expectations.

Partnerships and Collaborations:
Establish and nurture relationships with brand partners to create mutually beneficial marketing collaborations.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Logistics, and Product) to ensure a unified brand message and customer journey.
Take full responsibility for representing Rofoso’s values in all external partnerships.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Continuously monitor market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct competitive analysis to ensure Rofoso remains ahead in the overstock marketplace.
Take ownership of market research initiatives, ensuring reliability and accuracy in all data-driven decisions.

Team Leadership and Development:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team that reflects Rofoso’s core values.
Foster a culture of trust, reliability, and ownership within the team through consistent communication and leadership.
Encourage team members to take responsibility and lead initiatives that drive impactful results.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar senior role.
Minimum of 2-5 years in marketing, with a focus on brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
Alignment with Rofoso's core values of Trust, Reliability, and Ownership.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Experience in e-commerce or fashion retail is a plus.
Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and a strong understanding of performance metrics.
