Core Responsibilities
● Establish the US sales function from inception, processes, SOPs and strategies.
● Develop a comprehensive sales plan tailored to the US market, considering market dynamics, customer preferences, and competition.
● Setup operations and ramp up a team of 500+ sales professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and targets.
● Implement effective performance management practices to drive productivity and optimize team performance.
● Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the US digital marketing sector from India.
● Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and anticipate industry trends.
● Establish and lead a high-performing outbound sales team, including calling and email marketing setups.
● Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the sales team.
● Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.
● Utilize deep expertise in digital marketing to enhance campaign performance and drive customer acquisition.
● Utilize sales analytics and KPIs to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
● Create accurate sales forecasts and set performance targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
● Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
● Oversee a portfolio with at least $10 million USD in annual revenue, ensuring profitability and growth.
● Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities in the US, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the market landscape.
Expertise Required
● Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in US sales and digital marketing, particularly from an India-based operation.
● Proven track record of managing large sales teams, including both calling and email marketing setups.
● Deep expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive market analysis and sales forecasting.
● Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a history of fostering a high-performance culture.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
● Proficiency in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
● Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
