Position Overview:
As the Head of Marketing, you will oversee all marketing activities, working closely with leadership and other departments to drive global customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. You will lead a cross-functional team and manage a diverse mix of marketing channels, including performance marketing, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and more.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Driffle's business goals and growth targets.
Lead the marketing team across various disciplines (performance, content, social, CRM, and partnerships).
Drive customer acquisition through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and paid advertising channels (PPC, SEM, social media).
Optimize retention strategies using email marketing, CRM, and loyalty programs.
Enhance Driffle's brand identity by spearheading branding initiatives and ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI-driven performance across all campaigns and channels.
Foster strong relationships with external partners including agencies, influencers, and media outlets.
Oversee branding efforts to strengthen Driffle's position as a top marketplace in the gaming and digital goods space.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the gaming or e-commerce industry.
Proven experience in executing successful customer acquisition and retention strategies in a competitive online marketplace.
Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
