Job Description

Head of Department – Structures – Buildings Market, Gurgaon, India

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Structures department. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large multidisciplinary projects and a proven ability to lead and inspire quality deliverables in a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and objectives.
  • Provide visible, tangible leadership based on the Ramboll Values and the Ramboll Leadership Profile.
  • Establish performance metrics, goals/targets for the department and monitor progress in achieving them.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities within the department's operations, processes, and projects with internal/external stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic leader with exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 15-25 years of relevant experience in delivering large multidisciplinary Structures projects. A Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred, and membership/charter membership of an appropriately recognized professional institution will be highly desirable.
