Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head-North at Alchemist Marketing & Talent Solutions in Gurugram. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing and implementing communication strategies, managing client relationships, leading a specialized team to give an integrated solution to our clients, and ensuring business results for all campaigns. This role involves a high level of strategic thinking, leadership, and client engagement.
Requirements
Past experience in an agency/communications space is a must
Process oriented, people's leader, solutions oriented
Past entrepreneur or an intra-preneur who can execute
Qualifications
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and client management skills
Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies
Strong business acumen and focus on delivering measurable results
Ability to lead and mentor a team of specialised professionals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
