HR Transformation Lead

JOB SUMMARY
The HR Transformation Lead will drive strategic HR transformation initiatives, with a focus on enhancing employee experiences through digital HR solutions, automation, and data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate needs to have reasonably good understanding of all HR functions (e.g. Performance Management) and will have to work closely with IT team to define the IT roadmap for HR. A proven track record in delivering successful HR transformation projects using leading technologies like SAP SuccessFactors. This role offers the opportunity to impact the organization’s HR strategy, improve operational efficiency, and drive HR innovation across multiple business functions globally. The ideal candidate will be experienced with SuccessFactors administration, reporting, and analytics, and will have a strong hands-on in digitalizing, particularly in manufacturing environments. This is not a India specific role but rather a global one, with necessary country variations as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead large-scale digital HR transformation projects, particularly around HR automation. Process Design and implementing HRMS by integrating multiple platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, CLMS, Travel desk, PMS and L&D system to optimize HR operations, data accuracy, system performance and enhance employee experience.
Leading the Fit Gap analysis and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Engage with cross-functional teams (IT, leadership, external vendors) to define functional requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Leverage HR analytics to improve decision-making, enhance talent management processes, and track workforce productivity. Design and implement custom HR dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc to provide actionable insights across HR functions.
Spearhead innovative HR solutions and best practices to keep pace with emerging trends in HR technology, digital transformation. Integrate new HR technologies and tools to improve overall HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
Effectively manage HR implementation best practices and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance. To ensure tools/process/implementation are compliant with Data Protection, Privacy and other regulations applicable in respective country of operation.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
10+ years of experience in HR transformation, HR digitization, and automation, with a focus on enterprise-scale projects.
Expertise in SAP Success Factors implementation from HR through process plus experience of integrating any other systems which helps run the entire HR process (examples CLMS, attendance tracking etc.)
Lead complex, multi-phase HR transformation projects
Expertise in HR process redesign, user experience optimization, and change management.
Expertise in driving adoption of digital HR solutions through structured change management processes.
Strong background in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP or other relevant project management certifications

MBA HR (Full time)
Advanced knowledge of HR analytics, with the ability to interpret data and design actionable insights for HR strategy.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
