ITC Infotech is implementing Enterprise Process and Application Transformation program, with core objective to focus to implement industry best practices, process modernization and technology reimplementation. ITC Infotech expects through this program to achieve process simplification backed by integrated & agile technology solution supporting growth & profitability, superior employee experience & productivity.
For this program, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRMS Program Manager to lead the implementation of Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The HRMS Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of projects related to HR systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRMS implementations, project management, and a deep understanding of HR operations. This role will report to the Global Transformation Officer.
Job Description :
Project Leadership : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple HRMS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with HR leadership, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor Management:
Oversee relationships with HRMS vendors and third-party consultants, ensuring deliverables align with contractual agreements and business needs.
Change Management : Develop and implement change management strategies to support HRMS initiatives, including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption strategies.
Risk
Management : Identify potential risks and issues related to HRMS projects, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
Quality Assurance : Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor project performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives for HRMS systems and processes, leveraging industry best practices and technological advancements.
Budget Oversight : Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to
stakeholders.
Requirements:
Master’s in business administration (MBA) with specialization in HR practices, from leading institute.Proven experience (10+ years) as an HRMS Program Manager, HR Systems Manager, or similar role with a focus on HR technology implementations.Strong understanding of HRMS platforms and modules, with experience in systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, MS etc.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Substantial understanding of HR processes and practices, including talent management, compensation, benefits administration and compliance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.Experience with change management methodologies and practices.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
