About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to develop and execute a comprehensive HR Tech Transformation roadmap. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to streamline Workday processes and workflows, eliminating inefficiencies and maximizing value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and tools, as well as excellent project management skills. They will be responsible for leading and driving the adoption of our organization's HR processes and systems through WorkDay for modules such as Time and Absence, HCM, and Recruitment.

In addition to technical expertise, the Strategic HR Transformation Lead will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR Tech Transformation roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline Workday processes and workflows
  • Lead and drive the adoption of our organization's HR processes and systems through WorkDay
  • Manage change initiatives related to Workday implementations, updates, and upgrades
  • Measure and track user satisfaction and adoption rates

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in HR transformation or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and tools
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
