Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Leader to drive Employee Experience transformation within our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall job satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Experience Strategy Development:
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes and systems that support our Employee Experience goals. This includes analyzing feedback data, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable suggestions to stakeholders.
HR Systems and Processes/Operations Management/ Deployment:You will ensure seamless execution of HR processes, minimizing manual interventions and offline transactions. You will track key metrics, report on KPIs, and identify areas for process improvements based on employee feedback and inputs from various stakeholders.
Advisory on Employee Experience:You will provide expert guidance to HR teams on Employee Experience frameworks, metrics, and guidelines. You will also collaborate with IT teams to create effective feedback channels for measuring Employee Experience.
Research, Benchmarking and Advisory/HR Solutions:You will participate in research and benchmarking projects, consolidating data, conducting basic analysis, and setting up benchmarking conversations based on senior inputs.
HR Analytics/Metrics/Reporting:You will collect and analyze data related to HR processes and programs, creating insights for respective processes or analytics areas. You will also help assess compliance levels and business impact.
Knowledge Management/HR Capability Building:You will ensure end-to-end documentation of HR processes, including scope, RACI, KPIs, and metrics. You will assist in developing content for internal and external publications and participate in sessions to create awareness on Employee Experience standards and assessments.
Audits & Compliance:You will participate in internal and external audits, tracking compliance for managed processes and flagging deviations to supervisors. You will implement controls and recommendations from audits based on supervisor inputs.
Requirements- Education: Master's degree in Human Resource Management
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, or a related field
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Salary: ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum (inclusive of all benefits)
