Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Director to lead our human resource initiatives and help us attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent.

Main Responsibilities
  • Global HR Management:
    • Oversee HR operations across multiple geographies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
    • Develop strategies to support a culturally diverse workforce and promote seamless collaboration across locations.
    • Align global HR initiatives with regional needs to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across all levels of the organization.
    • Build and manage relationships with external recruitment partners and leverage advanced sourcing techniques.
    • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Performance Management:
    • Design and implement performance management systems to drive individual and team excellence.
    • Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals, delivering constructive feedback, and fostering continuous development.
    • Use analytics and data-driven insights to monitor and improve employee performance and engagement.
  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and promote a positive company culture.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR matters, including workforce planning and organizational development.
    • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build a diverse and vibrant workplace.
    • Employee Development and Retention:
      • Implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
      • Develop and execute strategies to retain high-performing employees.
      • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and act on feedback to continuously improve the work environment.
    Requirements
    • Qualifications:
      • Proven experience (8+ years) in HR leadership roles, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and performance management.
      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
      • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing HR teams.
      • Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
      • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
      • Experience in a fast-paced, scaling organization is a plus.
