Role Description
Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Manager who can close revenue-sharing partnerships with companies such as Cashfree, Razorpay, eBuzz, payment providers, SaaS firms, and B2B enablers. This role is about partnering with the right ecosystem players who will also promote Socilyt to their merchant/customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and close strategic partnerships with fintechs, SaaS tools, and digital B2B platforms.

Structure revenue-sharing models that incentivize partners to promote Socilyt.

Build and maintain C-level relationships with partner companies.

Negotiate co-branding, cross-promotion, and go-to-market activities.

Coordinate with product & marketing teams to ensure smooth integrations and campaigns.

Track partnership performance, revenue impact, and adoption metrics.

Scale partnerships to onboard thousands of businesses/merchants indirectly.

Who We're Looking For

4–8 years in B2B partnerships, strategic alliances, or enterprise sales.

Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech partnerships.

Strong network in payment, SaaS, and startup ecosystem (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, etc.).

Ability to close win–win deals fast (revenue-sharing, joint marketing).

Excellent negotiation, business acumen, and relationship management.

Entrepreneurial mindset — able to work with minimal resources but deliver scale.
